I am a pre-licensed marriage and family therapist with a master’s degree in psychology from Phillips Graduate Institute (accredited by the Western Association of Schools and Colleges-WASC).
I was a Rape Crisis Advocate at Valley Trauma Center in Van Nuys, and counseled children at Lanai Road Elementary School in Encino and Woodlake Ave. Elementary School in Woodland Hills.
Before pursuing my interest in psychology, I was a writer at KNX Newsradio for nearly 30 years, and won awards for news and editorial writing as well as for writing and producing public service announcements.
